What happens to the information you send us through this website. Written plainly, and short, because there is not much of it.
Who is responsible
This website is operated by impulss, registered in Latvia, registration number TO CONFIRM, at Lastādijas iela 12-k-3, Latgales priekšpilsēta, Rīga, LV-1050. For anything on this page, write to info@impulss.lv.
We are the data controller for the information described below, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the GDPR).
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your company name if you give one, your phone or WhatsApp number, and the description of your business. Nothing else is asked for and nothing is inferred.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard server request data — IP address, time, page requested and browser type — for security and to keep the site running. That is normal server logging and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and to quote for the work. That is the only purpose. The lawful basis is Article 6(1)(b), taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and where that does not apply, our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) in responding to someone who has contacted us.
Who else sees it
Your message is delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Both are processors acting on our instructions. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not pass it to anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after TO CONFIRM months. If we work together, the correspondence is kept for as long as Latvian accounting and tax law requires us to keep the records of the work.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no advertising or tracking scripts. It does load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Nothing else about you is sent.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it. Write to info@impulss.lv and we will deal with it within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija), dvi.gov.lv.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date below. Last updated: 2 September 2026.
